Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
Submit a return request within 15 days of purchase:
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or click this link: customer account, and then request a return.
- Log in to your account:
- In the Email Field, enter your email address, and then click continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit a return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. After the product is returned and found to be in new, unopened, unworn condition, you will receive a refund. If the return item is not shipped within 10 days of approval of your return request, you will receive no refund and the return request will be cancelled.
Any items that exceed the above time limits, have been worn, scratched, or otherwise show signs of use, the item will be returned back to you with no refund issued.
Gift cards are exempt from being returned.
We do not offer item exchanges. Start with a return. You may purchase your new item at any time.
